Han Spaces Piyalepaşa, designed by Toros and Partners, has been awarded the 2025 iF Design Award, one of the most prestigious competitions in the international design world, which received nearly 11,000 submissions from 66 countries.

Located in the heart of Beyoğlu within Polat Piyalepaşa Çarşı, Han Spaces Piyalepaşa won the 2025 iF Design Award for its office interior design signed by Toros and Partners.

Supported by the iF Design Foundation and shaped by rigorous sustainability criteria, the 2025 iF Design Award recognized Toros and Partners’ design approach, earning international acclaim. Following a meticulous evaluation by 131 jury members from 23 different countries, Han Spaces Piyalepaşa stood out for its high design quality and innovative approach.

Organized by the Berlin-based iF International Forum Design, which has a 72-year legacy, the highly anticipated award ceremony will take place on April 28 in Berlin this year.

A modern work experience inspired by the spirit of traditional business inns

Inspired by the productivity and solidarity of traditional Anatolian business inns, Han Spaces Piyalepaşa offers a flexible and inspiring work environment for a wide range of users—from individual professionals to start-ups and corporate companies. Spanning 2,750 square meters across five floors, the project reinterprets the dynamics of the modern business world. With its strong spatial narrative and innovative design, Han Spaces Piyalepaşa has attracted significant international attention, culminating in the 2025 iF Design Award.

Celebrating its 5th anniversary, Han Spaces continues to build a global community by providing flexible and innovative workspaces not only in Piyalepaşa, but also in key Istanbul locations such as Etiler, 4th Levent, Ataşehir, and Bahçeşehir, as well as in İzmir, Palandöken, Çeşme, and Budapest.

Operating across 10 different locations in Turkey and abroad and exceeding 25,000 m² in total area, Han Spaces aims to accelerate its growth and expand beyond 50,000 m² in 2025.
